Every plan includes the whole toolkit. What changes is how many people you can put on it, how many events you can run at once, and how much of it carries your name instead of ours.
One month free. No card to start.
Four ways in. Same toolkit in every one.

What is in each plan
Read down for a plan. Read across for a feature.
The core planning tools sit in every tier deliberately. A solo planner who cannot do the whole job on Independent never grows into Studio.

Referral program
Three ways to bring someone in.
Planners talk to each other constantly — at showcases, in association chapters, on shared jobs. One track for planners, one for the people who work alongside them, and one that only exists while the room is filling.
A share of what they pay.
Open to every paying company, no application.
- 1Share your link from Settings → Refer.
- 2They start with 30 days free on any paid plan.
- 3They pay their second month.
- 4You earn 10–30% of their subscription, every month.
No cap on referrals or earnings
The same pyramid, paid in cash.
For venues, resorts, hotel groups, caterers and industry associations.
- 1Sign the partner agreement and get a tracked link.
- 2Attribution runs 90 days from first click.
- 3You climb the same 10–30% pyramid.
- 4Paid monthly in cash, 45 days in arrears, $100 minimum.
Starts at Advocate, same as everyone
Seats for your circle.
Only while the room is filling. Pull three planners you trust ahead of the queue.
- 1You get three invite codes, a seat held for each.
- 2They join at whichever band is open when they redeem.
- 3Each redeemed code fills a seat and closes it.
- 4Redeem all three and your founding rate stops expiring.
Closes when seat 100 is claimed
The revenue-share pyramid.
The more planning companies you bring in, the larger a share of what they pay comes back to you — and the new rate applies to everyone you have already brought.
Reach six active referrals and all six earn at 20%, not just the sixth. Your level is recalculated monthly.
A referral leaves your count when it stops paying, which can move you down a level as well as up.
No twelve- or twenty-four-month cliff. The share continues while both accounts are active and in good standing.
Your account stays exactly as you left it and asks for a card before you carry on. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically — if you do not add a card, the account simply waits.
No. The first month is free with no card, so you can put a real event through it before deciding anything.
An event is active from the day you create it until fourteen days after it ends. Archived events stay readable forever and never count against your limit, so last season does not eat this season’s allowance.
Yes, in either direction. Every plan carries the same planning tools, so moving up adds people, capacity and white-labelling rather than unlocking the work itself.
No. Read-only access for day-of and freelance staff is included, so a seasonal team does not cost you more in the weeks you need them most.
It is one product, not seven. The checklist, calendar, budget, guest list and layout tools are the same whichever you run — what changes is the templates, the terminology and the shape of the timeline. See the event types.

A month is long enough to run something properly. If it does not fit the way your team works, you will know before you have paid anything.
